How does Member Hub pricing work?
Our subscriptions are tiered, based on the number of people you have in your Team, Agency or Organisation. We've made it a little lower cost for teams just starting out. But as your teams grow and get more value out of Member Hub, you'll get closer to $10/member per month.
What payment options do you accept?
You will be issued an invoice for your billing period payable by bank transfer, check or any major credit card.
What is my billing period?
You can choose to pay your account monthly, quarterly or annually. Speak with us to arrange quarterly or annually billing.
Do you offer discounts for volunteers?
Yes. While we've build in discounts to each tier for smaller teams we also offer 1 free month on an annual subscription. If you have a 100% volunteer team, speak with us today to discuss your situation.
Is there an on-premises version of Member Hub?
We are passionate about the web. We currently do not offer an internally hosted version of Member Hub. We hope you trust us to provide a robust and secure service so you can focus on the important aspects of your team management.
Is there a dedicated version of Member Hub just for our team, agency or organisation?
We do offer a hosted managed dedicated environment. We deploy and manage a version of Member Hub in our secure hosting environment which contains just your team, agency or organisations data. Contact us to discuss your requirements for a dedicated environment.
