From callout to a clearer picture

One alert. A coordinated response.

Built for emergency response teams, volunteer groups and the people coordinating them. Every reply, arrival time and delivery lands in one live view.

  1. 01

    Choose the right people

Select members directly or use lists to find the team you need, including by qualifications and availability. Review your audience before sending.

  2. 02

Send a clear call to action

Start from a reusable template or create a custom alert. Set the urgency, message, response choices and closing time to suit the situation.

  3. 03

    See the replies come in

Follow responses in the live monitor. See who can help, who cannot, who is yet to reply and expected arrival times when requested.

Built around your team

Less chasing. More clarity.

Keep the message, replies and delivery history together, from the first callout to the final update.

Reach members across channels, with rules

Set delivery steps for each alert severity using email, SMS, web push and mobile push. Send channels together, or follow up after a delay with members who have not replied. Remaining steps stop as soon as a member responds, or when the alert closes or expires.

Watch replies arrive in real time

The monitor updates automatically every few seconds while an alert is open. See who is coming and when, without refreshing the page or chasing replies.

Ask for the response you need

Create response choices for your workflow, request an expected arrival time when useful, or send an information-only alert with no reply required.

Prepare before the next callout

Save reusable templates with messages, response choices and audiences. Pin the templates your team uses most for a quicker start.

Keep a clear record

Review responses and changes alongside recorded delivery and opening activity. Keep confirmed replies distinct from notification delivery signals.

Apps coming soon

Your team.
Your phone.
Connected through Alerts.

Member Hub apps for iOS and Android will be released to support Alerts, bringing mobile notifications and access to your member portal together.

Open an alert from a notification, read the details and submit your response. If an arrival time is requested, let your coordinator know when to expect you. You can update your reply while the alert remains open.

App Store and Google Play download links will be added here when the releases are available.

Member Hub for iOS

Coming soon

Mobile alert notifications, quick access to alert details and replies, and your existing Member Hub account on iPhone.

Member Hub for Android

Coming soon

The same connected alert workflow on Android, with mobile notifications and access to your team's Member Hub portal.

For urgent callouts: Critical Alerts support depends on the released app, platform approval where required, member permission and compatible phone settings. Ordinary notifications follow the phone's notification settings.

A few things to know

Do members need the app to reply?

Members can also open Alerts in their web portal. Email and SMS can include a reply link, with sign-in requirements controlled by your organisation. Mobile push notifications need the relevant app and notification permission.

Can we follow up with people who have not replied?

Yes. Configure delivery steps and delays for each alert severity. Later steps stop when a member responds, or when the alert closes or expires.

Does a sent notification mean someone has responded?

No. Delivery, opening activity and submitted responses are shown separately. A notification being accepted or opened is not confirmation that someone can attend.

How do we get started?

Contact us for an Alerts demo and to discuss enabling Alerts for your team, delivery channels and app availability. Channel availability depends on your account setup; SMS usage charges apply.
